Privacy policy

This policy is a working draft and must be reviewed by a licensed Virginia attorney before MyAgentless accepts real users. Virginia CDPA compliance must be confirmed.
1. Information we collect
We collect: account information (name, email, phone, county, role); identity verification data through our KYC partner (not stored on MyAgentless servers); listing and transaction data including property details, offer terms, disclosures, and e-signatures; payment data processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers); usage data including IP address, browser type, and timestamps; and acknowledgement records including timestamps and IP addresses of all legal acknowledgements.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform; verify identity and prevent fraud; process payments through Stripe; send transactional notifications about listings, offers, and account activity; maintain legal records of acknowledgements and e-signatures; comply with Virginia law and applicable federal law; and improve the platform.
3. We do not sell your data
MyAgentless does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers. MyAgentless products are free of advertising.
4. Information sharing
We share information only as necessary: with Stripe for payment processing; with our KYC partner for identity verification; with AWS for hosting; with your counterparty in a transaction only after an offer is accepted; and as required by law or valid legal process.
5. Contact information privacy
Buyer and seller contact information is masked during the listing and offer process. Contact details are shared with the counterparty only after both parties agree to a transaction.
6. Data retention
Account information is retained for the life of your account plus 7 years. Transaction records, e-signatures, and disclosure documents are retained for 7 years to comply with applicable law.
7. Virginia CDPA rights
Virginia residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@myagentless.us. We do not sell personal data.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest (AWS KMS), and access controls. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
