We are not a licensed real estate broker, agent, attorney, title company, lender, or any regulated professional. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of this service.
Virginia-specific legal requirements
Virginia law requires that deeds be prepared by a licensed Virginia attorney, and that all residential closings be conducted by a licensed, insured, and bonded settlement agent. These are mandatory legal requirements regardless of whether you use a real estate agent or sell FSBO. MyAgentless does not fulfill these roles.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your transaction complies with all applicable Virginia and federal laws. MyAgentless strongly recommends that all users consult a licensed Virginia real estate attorney before executing any binding contract.
Document accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to keep Virginia disclosure templates current, we cannot guarantee all documents reflect the most recent changes in Virginia law. Verify required forms against the Virginia DPOR website (dpor.virginia.gov) and consult a licensed attorney.

MyAgentless is not liable for any loss, damage, legal consequence, or financial outcome arising from your use of this platform. Your use of this platform is at your own risk.
Individual use only
This platform is for individual buyers and sellers only. Use by corporations, LLCs, investment funds, iBuyers, or any business entity is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service, subject to liquidated damages of $10,000 per transaction.

Attorney directory
The attorney directory is provided as a convenience only. MyAgentless does not endorse or receive referral fees from any listed attorney. Always verify an attorney is licensed with the Virginia State Bar at vsb.org before engaging their services.

The MyAgentless name, logo, platform design, and all original content are the proprietary intellectual property of MyAgentless, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, scraping, or use of the MyAgentless name, brand, or platform content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
